"I go to the Panera on Portion Road, everyday. I've been going for almost 2 years, and recently everyday for about 4months. every time I go Lucas is beyond helpful and pleasant. He is sweetest human not just an employee- HES A PERSON! love his vibe andhelpfulness and willingness to help. Kitchen staff always working fast and store is VERY CLEAN. The entire team always appearssmiling and generally happy to be there. From someone who works in a similar environment, being able to enjoy that on the flipside MORE THAN APPRECIATIVE."

Dope service, great food, everything was clean, employees were all dope and the manager was really on top of things. If I lived closer, this would be a go-to ????????????????

Usually happy ordering, but this time, not so much. They were very Rude! Definitely an language barrier with the pick up counter. They forgot some of my order, tried to tell them... they ignored me initially, then didn't believe me. My drinks werealso missing....Slammed the cups down and walked away. They still forgot my scones, but, I just got a refund. Not a goodexperience. ????

The employees bend over backwards to help the customers, but the owners, Ming and Quina, are horrible to their employees and overwork them, giving them barely any training and punishing them, shaming them in front of customers. I will never support these two people again because the abuse their help, and they get them to train for"

How about you take the order ...like your sign says ...and have the person at register type it in ...... "Sitting in the ER with my 82 year old father. He has horrible food poisoning and is violently ill. It is from the food he ate here this evening. He brought home half because he couldn’t eat it all and upon looking at it, I saw that the meat is completely raw inside! How dare you? With the amount of money it is to eat out and the way businesses are struggling to make it, you would think that there would be more attention paid to what is being served! Will never go back! BEWARE!!!"

"The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places. I decided to have a short bite before I go to the mall. The food was great. The waiter was great! The egg rolls are a must! The coconut cheesecake my new favorite! I will definitely be back! We also ordered the Calamari who was brilliant, Gumbo, coconut shrimps, buffalo chicken rays. The food was great. I will definitely be back!"
