napa hühnersalat sandwich ordered yesterday evening. it was so good that I had ordered it again. disappointed. no mayo in salat, a simple cut bun and a couple of dripping halves. it was dry with a lot of green. looks like it was thrown against a wall when I opened it. it all fell apart when I tried to eat it. I'm cured. will not order it for a long time.

The employees at this Panera came together and helped me out at a moments' notice, and I couldn't be more grateful. I pre-ordered boxes of coffee for an event, but I ordered from the wrong location. When I came by to pick it up, I realized my mistake. The guys working at this location whipped up my entire order in under 10 minutes, called the other location to inform them of my mistake, and saved the day!
