"Second time we've been here and both times have been very good. Nice twist on some basic foods like cheeseburger by using pimento cheese and a blend of meats (brisket, chuck, and rib meat) all done well. Staff was super, with different people offering to clear plates and checking to make sure everything was good. The wait to eat indoors was 30 minutes, so we chose the outdoor option which was under an awning and there was a nice breeze, so it wasn't terrible. Also, while pricing seems a little steep, the food quality and quantities make it worth it. Downsides Outdoor dining is adjacent to a convenience store parking lot which was a little unpleasant."

"I was shocked. First off, the quality and quantity for the cost ratio was unreal. Much of the food/ingredients are home made and you can tell. I was shocked by the menu prices; they truly are a two dollar pricing restaurant with 5 star quality food and service. We had the fried zucchini, tortellini champagne, and the steak Americano. I ordered medium rare and it was the juiciest pink temperature with perfect crisp searing. The service stood out to me the most. It is a family owned family run business, and you can tell by the personal touch that you get. Cari greeted us and sat us, and her brother Alex waited on us, and they were sociable, knowledgeable, and personable. They truly cared, and you could tell. I can't say I've gotten better service in as long as I can remember, and I work in the service industry. The family owns the restaurant and the wine shop next door. The restaurant itself is great. You'd be surprised looking at it from the street. It's right by espressos which is also great, but once you get to their patio it feels like you're sipping wine at a villa, and the inside decor is very authentic Italian. Comfortable booths and tables, with romantic low lighting, and the bustling noise of clanking plates and excited chatter. Great experience. I highly recommend! I was recommended by a coworker, and I am glad I gave it a try. Don't believe the negative reviews that are isolated incidents, those people missed out and didn't give them a chance to show their best. We will be back!"

"It's been a while since we've been to Cue so we decided to stop in on Saturday. We were seated immediately. We ordered and got our food quickly. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich. She enjoyed it. All three of our sides were good. I got the brisket sandwich. It was probably the worst barbecue, if not the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. The meat was hard and dry. No amount of sauce made it edible. I took the bun off to see the meat. When I tapped it with my fingernail, it made a tapping sound, like a piece of jerky or a Formica countertop. I got down two bites. For $20 I got two sides and two dry bites of meat. I can't imagine a restaurant that has been around this long regularly serves meat like this but mine was really awful."

"Very casual atmosphere and not many patrons on Saturday lunch time. Against my instinct, I tried both Pad Thai and Phat Kra (garlic stair fry with shrimp). Both came out quickly and looked good. However, Patrick Kra was too salty, and Pad Thai was one of worst in terms of the quality of noodle and meat (chicken). My wife took out chicken meats. I had to pay $1.09 for a cup of white rice. I regret to add a tip upfront. Not planning to return to this restaurant."
