"It doesn 't matter how good the food is when the service couldn 't have been worse. I tried to order food for my whole family and get it delivered to my home. I had to make an addition to the order which you are supposed to be able to do. When I called, I kept being told nobody could find our order (2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 2 liter of pop). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and got hung up again. Called again and couldn 't even get a manager to speak to. Called one more time to hopefully get help and could not have been treated worse by the manager and other staff that kept trading off the phone. I will never dine here after how I was treated. We ordered 3 large pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni lover, but they all 3 were exactly the same, regular pepperoni. I rarely complain but I have went to this pizza hut a few times since moving here and each time we've been disappointed, i didn't say anything thinking maybe was a bad night for the employees or some thing. But every time They don't even go near the edge with toppings, there's way too much crust so it feels like they are cutting so many corners is no longer worth paying the high prices for so much less.
