"It doesn 't matter how good the food is when the service couldn 't have been worse. I tried to order food for my whole family and get it delivered to my home. I had to make an addition to the order which you are supposed to be able to do. When I called, I kept being told nobody could find our order (2 pizzas and breadsticks with a 2 liter of pop). I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and got hung up again. Called again and couldn 't even get a manager to speak to. Called one more time to hopefully get help and could not have been treated worse by the manager and other staff that kept trading off the phone. I will never dine here after how I was treated. A topping of chicken is smaller than it used to be. Same with bacon. But still tasted great and was delivered promptly.

Hadn't ate at a Pizza Hut in a few years, the previous town I lived in didn't do a very good job...So I was very pleasantly surprised when I decided to try again in my new town. The pizza arrived piping hot and extremely delicious, ordered the new Philly Cheese Steak.
