"I was surprised to eat pretty good Thai food when visiting my BIL. We ordered a bunch of stuff for our family/party of 8 and shared everything family style. Appetizers: fried calamari, chicken satay, fresh veggie rolls, papaya salad were alldelicious and perfect balance between fried apps and fresh veg. We ordered a bunch of classics: crab fried rice, pad see ewwhich were all spot on. And for something special we got the Chu Chee Jumbo Prawn $17). Kinda pricy for the serving size butthe flavor of the chu chee curry was kicking, and the prawns were huge. Unfortunately, we had no room for dessert after thatfeast."

Ploy's has very good lunch specials: a variety of curries and noodle dishes are available, and they are all great. Their Thai Iced Coffee is strong and sweet, and I don't understand why anyone goes to the Starbucks next door when the coffee is so goodhere.

Very small mom and pop type of place and very much worth the trip. Took the advice of the waitress for their orange honey chicken- very crispy and savory (not the typical overly sweet type of thing). My husband got the noodle curry that came with apeanut sauce. I'm very excited to try their yellow curry on our next trip.

We really like Ploy?s, and choose to drive here than eat at closer Thai restaurants. The service is friendly though we almost always do takeout. The portions are a good size and we like how things are seasoned and taste. No idea if it?s ?authentic? orwhatnot but it just tastes great! Our favorites are the satay, the pad soon sen. We either call in ahead or order online and ourfood is always hot and waiting for us.

"I visited this location for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food we all ordered was of very good quality, with great preparation and flavorful spices. The pita bread was amazing and we all indulged a bit too much. The atmosphere is lively and bright with nice decorations. The restaurant also has a convenient parking lot. I will definitely be returning, as I can't think of a better Mediterranean restaurant in Portland with such great food, atmosphere, and prices."

"we wanted to return to the pad thai kitchen with a friend for lunch yesterday, after many yrs since we don't live nearby any longer....it's had been around 14 yrs or so since eating here last...we sat outside in the nice weather....we each had a singha beer.....next, i had the veggie stir fry with tofu, and my partner had the pad su wen with mixed veggies...our friend had the happy lemongrass chicken....the food/drink were excellent as always....the staff is so friendly and efficient....we are so happy we returned....the outdoor tables are nice and comfy...thx so much...."

"Brilliant spot. I love the pad see ew and evil prince curry here, but you basically can’t go wrong. They won’t make fun of you for ordering the pad thai or yakisoba, or asking for it not too spicy. But if you want Thai Spicy, they’ve got you there, too. Everyone is always so friendly and prices are good.Pro tip: eat here! Don’t let your food lose its best minutes of life in a container inside a bag. Dine in (there is seating outside if you observe restrictions on indoor eating for covid safety)! The food is best right out of the kitchen and on a plate.If you ever have a bad time here, it’s surely a rare bad day— I keep coming back because it’s always lovely."
