First off let me just say that Wing Stop definitely has some major competition. Pluckers has the best wings I've ever tasted in my life so far. The Spicy Lemon Pepper goes off! Definitely give the Fried Mac and Cheese a shot. Try it with the sauce it originally comes with. The service is great. I really loved the atmosphere. I'm definitely going back when I get the chance.

Pluckers has great wings! The variety of sauces and rubs sets this chicken shack apart from the rest. However, the I-10 Pluckers customer service is substandard and has went down over the course of the past 12 months. The past couple of times I have went to this location around 2300, sections of the bar are unavailable, tables closed off, drinks are unavailable, complete trash. When I question why sections of the restaurant are closed drinks like the Batman are unavailable I get it’s because they’re closing. Customers should never be inconvenienced due to the restaurants closing timelines. Without the customers Pluckers has no business. Management at this location might want to remember that...

Overwhelming crowd, underwhelming experience. Ok, so it was a Thursday night during football season, I get it. Pluckers, it's a sports bar it's busy. That's why I ordered ahead for take out and arrived a few minutes early. I checked at the desk to see if my order was already ready and as I said I was early. I waited over ten minutes by the desk only to try again and this time my order was ready. There's got to be a way to alert the take out customers that your order is ready, it's 2023. The food was to be expected at this point, cold and bland.
