I have eaten here multiple times. Usually always a good experience for me. Yesterday I ordered through Doordash. First thing I noticed was that it smelled a bit weird. Didn’t think much of it and finished off the bowl. Here I sit the next morning with food poisoning, wishing I had listened to my nose. Not Cool. Will not be coming back again. Service: Delivery

"I visited this restaurant to have drinks at the bar with someone special. The bartender Tim was full of charisma and really made our experience enjoyable. It's hard to find such exceptional service elsewhere. The drinks were expertly crafted, and Tim even recommended a special drink for my girlfriend that she loved. Some other patrons who were having dinner recommended the place to us, and Tim surprised them with a reward card they didn't know about. He also offered us some delicious fresh bread, which was fantastic. We also tried the meatball crostini, which was very tasty. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Tim!"

"I'm a health care provider that has to travel for work and needed a place to sit and have some breakfast while I work on the computer this morning around 745 AM after working and being on the road for 3 hours at this time. Looked on Google to see the hours of this Panera stated it was open. Got to the building and the hours on the door also stated that this is open during the week at 7 AM, but the doors were locked. There was an employee at the cash register, I waved to her in signal to say, Are you not open She waved back in signal to say that they were not open. She was busy and did not have the time to come to the door to speak with me. I went back to my vehicle and called to ask what time they were open. The staff member said they open at 11 AM today. Confused as to why google and the doors outside the building state 7AM. No big deal, I understand there is a staffing shortage with jobs EVERYWHERE. I found a Dunkin Donuts I could drive to and work at instead. My real issues was this -Upon leaving the parking lot I noticed a man outside of the building looking in from the outside . I wondered if he was another customer who did not know that they were closed this morning, so I drove by and told him that I was just informed they weren't open until 11AM. This rude, disheveled person turned around and yelled at me, IM WORKING!!!!! I was absolutely beside myself to know that an employee would do that. This person did not look like an employee, that is why I tried to be nice and let them know the information I just received. I am absolutely BESIDE MYSELF with the interactions of this Panera Bread. I have never had this experience with any café/restaurant employee before, but I can promise you I will not be back at this location.Words of advice for Panera update your hours so you don't have people like me looking for somewhere to go, and also, maybe speak to your employees on having a little bit more customer service."

"I told them I had a code for a free Mc chicken. I gave them the code, then waited 10 minutes in line. they asked me for money. I explained I use this code and she said the code was just for rewards. I asked, why did it take 1500 points away? she had no answer and only expected that I redeem her money in addition to the points. for luck I could cancel the order and use the code at another location. but wasted my time."

"Went there for my birthday dinner. Was looking for outdoor dining they had it. Service was top notch. Started with a drink of watermelon mojito lemon drop martini Then fresh bread butter before our main couse meals.. Filet mignon cooked exactly as specified, meatloaf with onion rings di over mashed potatoes was phenomenal a grilled sirloin steak again cooked to perfection. Food is always delicious, even take out or delivery, which we have used both food is always fresh and hot. Highly recommend this place for either a casual, family or romantic dinner"
