"I took my mom out for her 75th birthday and sort of forgot that I had mentioned it was her special day. To our surprise, at the end of our meal, the restaurant brought out a beautiful dessert with "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" written in chocolate sauce. They even sang to her! She was a little embarrassed, but very grateful. Because of the outstanding service we received that evening, we have decided to make plans for monthly mother-daughter lunch or dinner dates."

My wife's sea scallops were overcooked and dry, her steak was not cooked to her liking, it was tough and dry. Additionally, my potato was served cold.

Dominique was very friendly and we were so impressed at how well you did your job. The AC was turned up so high we were freezing and it made our dining experience uncomfortable. However, once we mentioned it to Dominique she had someone turn it down. Thank you!

"This place is very good. Sushi prices are reasonable and Chinese food is delicious. I lived in Fujien Province and this place reminds me of living over there. Not too much oil on the noodles or fried rice dishes. They have real xiaolongbao! A must try if you dine in! BYOB. Unfortunately, they are not allowing people to dine-in still. I would love to eat-in with my partner here one day soon."

"I really wanted to love this place but it came up short. The french onion soup was so salty it was inedible. The waiter asked what I thought of the soup and when I told him all he said was sorry. No offer of something else or not charging me for something I couldn't eat. They do a weird thing with their butter where it sits in olive oil and is drizzled with balsamic. I think they think this is sophistcated but it's just a strange mix. My wife had the halibut bites that were ok but salty....just not as salty as my soup. I had the border burguer which was good. The only thing was that I asked that the aioli be placed on the side but it came spreas on both buns. The fries were also very good. The waiter was extremely softspoken and we couldn't hear half of what he said."

"Although the food was good. I don't think I will go there anymore. The customer service was terrible. I was at the counter and the person taking orders over the phone seem to have issues with the callers. He sounded very rude and when I he gave me my food he just put it up on the counter and walked away. Very disrespectful in my eyesight. Terrible. I gave it a 2 just for the food. Also the lady standing up there never turned around to acknowledge me and when she went to get something from the back, she never even looked my way to even say hello. I work in a restaurant and we have fantastic customer service. They suck."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Clay Oven Indian Restaurant in Roxbury, New Jersey, and it was truly a culinary delight! The standout dish for me was the Lamb Korma, which was expertly prepared and bursting with incredible flavors. The tender lamb literally melted in my mouth, and the spices were perfectly balanced, resulting in a delightful taste experience. If you enjoy Indian cuisine, I highly recommend visiting The Clay Oven and trying their delicious Lamb Korma."

"First time there in 30 years. Drove up from Florid to visit my dad in hospice at Morristown hospital. On our way back to my parents house after visiting hours, we got off the Mt. Arlington exit to see what our options were and decided to stop at the Roxbury diner. Thinking they were open 24hrs, we stopped. Not only did they tell the kitchen to stay open, they pleasantly gave us mid-day service. They made us very comfortable and felt right at home. Kudos to the diner's management and staff. We will be sure go back on our next visit north and do highly recommend going there for good service and good food."
