"a small, intimate place where the family serves very good pasta. we tried another Italian in the city, el moro is the best. the service is not their white gloves demanding pine carlton approach, but they are authentic and really want to make them a. good meal. all pasta dishes are well made the ravioli di zucca is very good. weine at the glass are good! and the restaurant was very professional and rigorous about asking the CST pass (with separate ID to prove it), and the tracing app. we went back and back."

"Incredibly beautiful, fantastic location. The friendliness of all employees is hard to beat. It left nothing to be desired. The kitchen is fabulous, whatever we ate was excellent. Rosi is available for all guests, her attention to detail is reflected in the entire property, including the staff. The rooms are also really nice and well-kept. We felt very comfortable and welcome all around and will definitely be back. Rosi's Sonnbergstuben are an institution... Chapeau"

"dinner as a family after a day of skiing. sa am table and ordered our food. we had a few people waiting for our table, a man who looked like he was the owner manager and a young lady. looked longer than expected and so we asked the man if we could cancel a carving order and he said yes. 5 minutes later, the dame brings the carving about us said that we asked to announce it and the man agreed. they insisted on letting the food at our table and taking it home with us. we refused and said it had been canceled because of the long time and we didn't want it. she refused to take it back. we asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. and a loud waitress we decided to pay and go our bill. I said the waitress that this was not right, and it was not our fault that the man agreed to lift it off. she continued to insist that she was our waitress and that we had to pay for it. I finally told her that I would pay for it, but would call my credit card company and throw a fight over it. She finally took it off. it was one of our worst experiences in a restaurant. we had good experiences in all other restaurants in kitz, but this experience was not expected especially after reading all the other reviews. therefore my low rating food was good, but service was bad"

"Terrible Food, if you want to eat something that has a sense of quality don’t go that place. Ordered a for takeaway Wiener Schnitzel and a Pizza, and never experienced a less enjoyable thing. Even when I tried that kind of food in central Africa...it tasted better than at the Zinnkrugs. We just threw the food to the bin after taking some bites, and then went to McD."
