"I went into the restaurant and their was three employees behind the counter taking orders. The line was not long but they took forever and when I got my food order it was nasty. The hamburger was still red in the middle. The roll was soggy with grease. I complained to the manager and she offered to do absolutely nothing. Then while I was standing there a lady came in that had pulled up at the drive thru and no one even bothered to acknowledge her so she drove up to the window and was still ignored completely.
