"Let me start by saying that my wife and I really like Rubio 's, and we 've been coming here for a number of years. It 's a fast casual option that 's better than fast food but less expensive than places like Dos Coyotes, Jack 's Urban Eats orSalsa 's. We 've had a couple of small issues over that time wrong side items, etc. But nothing to get too worked upover. Last night, however, was different. We each got a taco plate I had the original fish tacos, she had a tasting platewith a chicken taco and a grilled fish taco. It was a takeout order, and mistake No. 1 was not opening the boxes before we leftto check the order. I ordered rice and beans, and I got chips instead of rice. My wife ordere...

The food was great, the customer service was even better. The gentleman running the register and the one cooking, were both very friendly and helpful.

Omg, does anyone EVER clean the bathrooms or floor in that place???! Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat there again. If they will let their floors and bathrooms look like that what's going on in the kitchen?

Food was good, but that one young lady who looks like the mascot form Perdu University was giving me attitude and lied right to my face. Bad customer service from her. Apart from that, they had good salsas and it was pretty clean at this location.

"The staff are friendly, but with 4 people working in the early morning, they seem to be focused more with filling online orders. I walked in around 8:15am, ordered food and a Cappuccino and waited for 15 minutes for the drink to be finished. There were only about 5 walk-ins during the entire time, and multiple people picking up their online orders at the side table. My food was cold by the time I received my drink, and it was not that great...more like a Latte. It seems to me that this is now an online business, and if you walk in, then you're going to be served second in the order of precedence. I have no complaints about the staff's friendliness, but with 4 people working 1 should be on the register and three should be in production mode."

"Had a nut burger and açaí bowl (the OG). The Nutburger is really good! Nice to have an alternative to Sunflower! Somehow lame that the burger only comes with salad and vegan Mayo, so I had to add the tomatoes and red onion (what I feel should be included by default). The açaí bowl was just ok... I recommend a few blocks away to necter if you want a good one. Updated by previous review on 2022-07-08"

"they are open for both inside and outside seats. they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. her breakfast is amazing. I really liked the rancho cordowa omelet, which is great for meat lovers. they were not too busy when I arrived at 9:30; but while they left, they had a small group of people waiting for tables. they serve of course the moimosa, but also have a large selection of coffees to drink as a vanilla latte. make sure to stir the special drinks, as symptomatics settled down at the bottom of the cup. overall friendly and attentive staff with a very nice selection of dining to enjoy. they cannot park directly in the restaurant, but they have a descent and a parking space near target. update 5/25/2022 still friendly staff, clean, not too busy, but definitiw a local favorite. the personal is very dedicated. would be another 5 stars."
