"Customer service was good. Food was fresh I had a vegetarian burger with fries. Very delicious. I would have given 5 stars, but we ordered alcoholic drinks, but it was more like a fruity drink WITH NO ALCOHOL AT ALL like hardly a drop. I'll eat there again, but don't order adult drinks"

They were short staffed but still managed to create these delicious and beautiful dishes, service was excellent!!

Had the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. Place was short staffed so it took a little while to get out food understandably. Chicken flavor and Cesar dressing had a great flavor.

"I arrived at the restaurant shortly after 12 o'clock on Sunday, June 27th. There were 4 adults and 2 small children in our group. The hostess informed us that they were short-staffed and asked us to wait 10-15 minutes before being seated."

"I complained about the wrong order and didn't want to tell me until I found out they gave me the wrong order in the car. Then they acted as if it was my fault that they had my card loaded for another order when they read my order before I gave it my card. They were very rude with me when I pointed out that they wanted to give me the money they accused me of being more expensive than what I ordered. I mean, how hard could it be to calculate people for what they ordered? And then you'll be crazy and rude to the customer when it's pointed out that she's messing up."

"My wife and I were shopping in the nearby shopping mall and hungry. We decided to try this place and get what we expected. We chose the loaded perpetrator as an appetizer and she got the turkey Rachel with a Caesar salad while I got the Rueben with a house salad. Then we got the chocolate cake as a dessert. The feet were okay. The toppings were plentiful, but they were almost overcrowded. It happens. My wife said that her sandwich was good and the salad was decent because it's hard to screw a Caesar salad. My Rueben was okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't about to wake up. The chocolate cake was a large part and was delicious! Our server was the bartender and she was very attentive and personal. There were several tables that sat in the bar and treated them with ease. Great work on her part! Overall, the service was great and the food was okay. If we were back in the area, we'd probably be back."

"Note upon entering....there is a book to sign so u can be seated only most didn't follow that particular direction as we saw some walk right in and sit down at a table still unsure which is the business preference. As we waited almost 30 min for a table only to sit another 20 minutes for a drink order to be taken. Once the kitchen got caught up our order was finally taken and food was brought out in record time. The tenderloin was seasoned perfectly, HUGE portion, definitely can cut in half and make 2 meals. The onion rings were average, and the French fries were just blah, like a Kroger brand cooked at home. I opted for the crispy chicken, first they flattened it like the tenderloin, dark meat I might add and must use the same batter as it was greasy and no seasoning on it at all. Be careful with the hot sauce bottle as it squirts weird and can get on your clothes if not careful! Staff was all over the place but I am sure doing the best they could with what they had. The place is definitely dated and needs some much needed upgrades started with the old menus that were falling apart. Overall we can say we came but probably won't rush back."
