"We were excited to see a salad bar again! We come for the salad! This location however wasnt the best. Our waiter was stressed and we could see they were understaffed...part of why I didnt give a lower score. I understand businesses are struggling for help. We were patient waiting for service. We all got salad bar and some an entree. The salad bar was out of a lot of items and it did not look attended to. Even in understanding, it was frustrating as that was my meal. The entress came out 27 mins later. The tater tops were awesome and food was hot. They were running a special 2 for $24 and add endless salad and drink on for $5. That seemed a good deal! We didnt see our waiter again till end...

have several problems with this restaurant. we haven't been here for 4 years. I wanted to try again. 2x now. steak was on the spot! it is hard to find a steak cooked as they want it in this city. server was great. the only part was the devastated schlanksalat on the salatbar. new drinks were delicious. will be back. Food: 4/5

Staff is always great! I come here all the time and the only place in town with a decent salad bar which has not been the best lately. They have a hard time keeping it stocked during the lunch rush. The worst part and the reason for this review is there has been no air conditioning the last few times I’ve gone. It is August, the hottest month of the year and the only thing in there trying to keep it cool are the extremely loud fans that just blow around the hot air. It has to be around 90 degrees in this place not to mention how the employees must feel working in it! Fix your air!!!

I like eating the big salatable, but the service has gone downhill. not enough staff....not rude, but definitely not friendly, at least not on the standards of a service-related position. when I was in the restaurant business, a smile and a singing song setting was a prerequisite. hostess left their posts for long time so that people wait to be checked in. they had their multi-tasking. I waited for the 30 minutes, but it would have been a more pleasant wait if they were friendly and apologetic about waiting for that. the personal needs secure customer service training. the only reason I post is to give someone a head up, I like to eat here, so I hope it gets better.
