"The food is brilliant. The atmosphere is elegant, yet cozy and warm. The staff is very gracious and welcoming. The expense is worth every flavorful bite, and the portions are more than generous. Moreover, their pumpkin soup is deliciously exquisite. And if you prefer your freshly squeezed lemonade minus the pulp, they're more than happy to use a strainer while pouring you a glass. Hands down, best restaurant in the heart of Illinois."

"Date of assessment: 18. April 2016 West is the most popular direction when it is paired to the word "Wood". I am back with a new laptop and the ability to blogging my back(b)log of travel memoires. First is Westwood Park in Morton, Illinois. This park is fed with baseball fields, baseball fields, baseball fields and more baseball fields with small pavilion and playground. I rode many times while I'm on my bike. There are usually some families who play a ball or load/discharge their own bikes to drive the East Peoria/Morton cycle path. This place must often be judged by the size of the parking lot. There is probably enough parking for 200 cars. I only saw it packed once or twice and even then people found brilliant places to park. In the rear corner of the parking lot you will find a disc golf course called Megiddo. They almost wouldn't know his there because of how nested it is in the back. I'm not much for disc golfing these days, so I don't know anything about it. If you need a place to play baseball, this is the place for you. I counted 4-5 diamonds during there, but their website claims 8. If America's past time is not your thing, there is always the disc golf course."

"This location by far has the best food quality and taste. Your lasagna and garlic bread with cheese is my favorite. Was sadly disappointed when you order the same product from another location. In any case, will drive for food and service."

"bad experience. we had two bad experiences at this place today (March 27, 2022) this server was very bad on the picture and screamed twice with us. I was with my family, my wife and my two children. my small child spilled some water on the table, we asked this person (I don't know he is a man or woman) for a serviette and he never thought to give it. He went by two times and later when I asked him why you were so rude, he called us and said you didn't see me working. when I then made this picture for prove that he called again, and said he will call the police if I would not delete the picture, I said please do that he then took his camera and made the picture of us a retribution wise. I will never go there again or encourage anyone to do the same. we have to put these in place and when I complained about him in the cash register, the lady said you pay and you go into a demanding vote. the first was a couple of weeks ago after I had eaten the food from this place, I was just completely upset. I'm glad I didn't have a food poison at the time. they need us more than we need them. Watch this guy. he is very disrespectful."

"Took a friend a few Saturdays ago for her birthday October 28th. It was packed. Great service. Then during lunch time last Monday November 6th went with my cousin. Horrible service and we were the only ones there. Had to ask for limes, cheese sauce, and napkins 3 times before getting them. Then lunch arrived and we had to ask for silverware. I asked to have ice cream following my dinner. The waiter never checked on us. Then after waving him down with my finger to signal I was ready for ice cream, he pointed in air and then at some invisible person we couldn't see from across the room. (No idea what that meant at the time). Anyway, continued to wait and then watched him get into his car and leave!! So very confused. Understand he still didn't come to the table to let us know anything or check on us. Finally after flagging down another staff member (which was his replacement) and telling him I was still waiting for the ice cream,it took over 20 minutes to get to us. Of course he was nice and apologized, but it wasn't him that started with us. Finally after finishing my ice cream we were still left with dirty dishes at the table and no one checking on us. We did report this to the cashier. And hell NO was a tip given. The worst service I've had in years. I was disappointed and embarrassed that I told my cousin how great it was the week before. You definitely need to get rid of him. He has no idea what customer service is and how to be attentive to the customers needs. I probably won't return. Which is unfortunate because I really did like the food. But I'm not going to sit there for 2 hours to have 2 tacos, rice, and fried ice cream. That's all I ordered. And wait 30 minutes for them to bring ice cream. Unbelievable."
