Wing with a party of six and had seating right away. Definitely call ahead to book something. The selection was quite amazing. We tried the spicy bone, bone and veggie broth. The only one that our party did not like as much as the other was the spicy bone. The Veggies and Nudelbar included so many options that we were all delighted. Meat was good too. We tried the fat cattle and pig shoulders. The sauces you can make and mix were also really good. They also have bubble tea and regular tea (Barley tea was beautiful). Waiters were attentive and busy, and records were almost immediately removed. Would definitely go back. You also have an intelligent selection of ice cream for dessert.

Everything is super healthy because food is not processed and you can control your portions. I love that you can stand up to get your own vegetables at the buffet station.
