Meanwhile, the place is dirty. Floors, counters, and seats all need work. For the cost of the food, there’s better value out there. Excellent taste of food as always. Only the service is slow, they had no sauce like ketchup in the dispenser and they also didn't give us napkins with our order.

Shake Shack is very impressive and the quality of all their products justify the prices. Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King can't come close to matching SS. I discovered SS while in Dubai and am so happy they are beginning to spread their Empire in America.

Food is good but my gawd the service is as slow as going to a farm killing the cow and growing the potatoes. I’ve never been in a shake shack that won’t be busy but move so god for saken slow. With the amount of ppl they have working you’d think things moved faster. And let’s not start on how loud the employees who are when they are on break. Not sure how management is but they need to tighten up
