"This was my first (and last) time ordering food at Shake Shack. I had heard good things, so I was looking forward to it. I am sad to report that the food was awful. The veggie burger was one of the worst I've ever had (and I've had many). It was dry, and tasted bad. I was very hungry so I tried to eat it, but it was inedible. I like that the French fries came in a covered container to keep them warm. However, the fries were cold. The fries looked good, but they were stale and tasted like rancid oil. The extra star is for the shake, which was yummy."

Hand-Spun Shakes Fries ShackBurger 10/10 if I could Consistent texture to the meat, fries are evenly salted and the shake is thick enough that upon delivery, its still thick enough. Delicious and savory!

Glad I gave them a second chance. The first time I ordered from here a while back the fries were soggy and the burgers were boring. This time everything was perfect!!! The custard has always been amazing though
