Person behind counter was rude. Almost got in a fight over a packet of ketchup. I almost took the entire bottle from one of the tables but decided to leave peacefully.

The burger was delicious. I upgraded the tots but they only give you 8 -9 pieces. The tots are not worth the price. My review is going to focus on the environment. At 11 am, the doors were open but all the chairs were on the table, soda machine off and looked like nobody cleaned from the day before. The business hours posted on the door says they open at 10. The customer service worker looked like she was annoyed that we walked in. I've never experienced this before and should have taken the chairs on the tables as a sign to turn around and walk out.

I had not been here in a while and now I am okay with not going here. I went on 1/29/2023 11:30am. The service was just meh you can tell there are no adults working. There was 2 young girls working and a gentleman on the grill. Tables were dirty and no one was there besides myself and 2 other people. There is no reason why it cannot be clean, I tried to go to the restroom and you need a code but it seemed all the staff after putting our meals together vanished. I am thinking they were just hanging out back and could careless if we needed something. Will not be going to this one again. Management really needs to hire people who remember what good customer service is all about.
