Order at the counter and they bring it out. Paper plates and cups. No, its not fine a dining experience, but that’s probably how they can pass those savings along to the customers. Good prices and some AMAZING food!!!! Patacon Plantains are off the chain! 100% recommend if your in the area!"

Smithey's Restaurant in West Jefferson is a great place to eat. You can order off of the menu or eat the buffet. It's a friendly, hometown, home cooking place for breakfast and lunch. I hope they will start serving supper before long, at least a few nights a week.

My friend told me about this place a couple years ago. I don’t know why I haven’t tried it till now. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and some plantains. The Cuban was phenomenal. The plantains were fabulous. Tony was awesome as well. I will definitely be ordering from here more often.
