"This meal was disappointing. Rack of ribs burnt- Chicken burnt so bad it was dry and off the bone, yams were old and brown and collard greens tasted and looked like they cooked them in toilet water. ONLY thing i would recommend is not getting take out or look at it before bringing it home! Never never go back for a thing!! Only good thing was wet cornbread- kinda hard to mess that up! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!"

Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. Fantastic, fantastic,. Great, incredible, wonderful. This is the real deal barbecue. You will not be disappointed.

It's just mid... Chicken(small af) was kinda dry once you got to the center ..had to wash it down with sweet tea. The collards has a weird after taste..mac and cheese had no soul.. brisket was good!! Yams were like warm not hot... Service was good .waitress was on point and pleasant. I didn't get fries this time..but fries and short and crunchy..weird.. cut them in long pieces please..

"Ah! Palms used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Salisbury, especially when Jason the Chef/Küche Manager(2020). But things have changed drastically since I visited about 18 months ago. The service was still great, but the food was terrible! We ordered a steak and cheese, roasted Okra, chilled fish and shrimp, Mac and cheese, Hushpuppies and potatoes. Nothing had taste except the Mac and cheese... it had taste... it was only not a desirable taste. I'm not sure how to describe the taste... but Cheesy is definitely not it! The rest of the food was simple, bland and inconspicuous....and overpriced! (I really wanted a blueberry crepe... but $9, for a crepe?! I didn't want to risk it because our meals were bad) And to finish everything, we were charged like $1.60-1.65 to pay a debit card for a $40 lunch! Absurd!"

"From the outside it looks small but when inside it opens up to a good size. Bathrooms were clean!!!! Our waitress was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable about gluten which is awesome!!!! I'm a celiac and this is a must!! The food was delicious and we got big portions. Prices are great! Restaurant is clean! We will definitely be back!!! Waitress was Aldaneli. We ordered: Chimichangas El Patron. Shredded chicken. Rice. Fruit. Cheerwine. El Patron Special chicken, steak, shrimp in garlic pepper sauce, rice, house salad. Cheerwine."

"my experience with mambo grill was always very good. but I think they should provide better customer service. yesterday I had planned to eat there and I wanted to ask if a reservation was necessary. I often tried and couldn't help anyone answer the phones until a message of post-time was heard full. I thought they were short-time servants and didn't have someone to answer the phones. it is understandable. when I arrived there, the restaurant was closed because of the problems with the air conditioning system. there was a sign on the door. but why don't they have a message on the website or on the phone greeting to prevent people from coming all the way there from different places to find the restaurant closed? it is not difficult to put a message on the phone as well as on the front door. it was frustrating to find another place to go on a Friday night. we had no plan b. the restaurant showed open on the website, on google. eating is great as far as I remember, but the customer service could not be better."

"A beautiful place for authentic Italian cuisine. Great family restaurant. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on food products. You also have great wine selection. The food is AAAAAWWWEEEESSSOOOMMME. Freshly cooked in places. No freezer food. And no processed stuff, just REAL FOOD.. We really enjoyed the place. WARNING: You need to call to make sure that their seats are for you. Or just book. The place is always packed.. The best times for walks are Tuesday and Wednesday.. It's worth waiting. You will not be disappointed.. We love the place."
