we had a rehearsal of their appetizers: the pate, the white asparagus, the thunfish and the escargot. everything was fantastic. for dinner we had the scallops, the 60-day dry aged steak and the lamb. such an experience! we sat at the door, so it was a little busy, but otherwise, a great experience.

we had a good meal there, not great. the appetizer was a combination of beet and tuna that did not work; the beet taste overwhelmed the thunfish. the gougeres were excellent for the 2nd course, and the mushroom vol au vent was good for the main course. the dessert, as the appetizer, was unusual, but did not work. it should be a chocolate cake, but it wasn't a tart, just a sweet crust over a little whipped cream and some chocolate pieces. we enjoyed the meal as a whole, but for the price I would not go back.
