Main quickly afterwards. Then you get a pass to see the queen. I don’t get why this is given when there is already a big queue and you’re asked to join the queue. The deserts will be waiting for you when you return and the bill will be presented whilst you’re eating the deserts. It’s not the place where you could enjoy a glass of wine after your meal. This was my first time having this dining experience. The atmosphere was a bit loud with the kids. The theming of the restaurant was fun. The food was great. I loved all the starters. And I had the Cottage Beef Stroganoff—I ate it all. The photo ops with the characters were fun. I would definitely dine here again.

Ok, if you are going to Storybook dining for the food? Go somewhere else. If you are going for the atmosphere and to meet the characters? This place is for you. The food was good, but not comparable for the money that one pays for the meal. The appetizers and deserts were small. The prime rib is better at Texas Roadhouse. The characters and their interaction were fun and they spent time at each table. It was a good experience and I am glad I went for the experience, not the food.

This was not a good restaurant. The food was not good but the most truly disappointing part was that the evil queen was a man. Why is this necessary to confuse young children? So sad and disappointing. My young daughter was crushed! The food was really bad as well. The meatball appetizer was cold. The prime rib was fatty and my husbands pork shank and daughters chicken were dry. This is so expensive and not worth one penny. For real! You will regret going here. Save your money! There are plenty of other character meals that are a million times better (and we’ve been to a lot).
