"I've been going here for almost 20 years, and the consistency of their quality is unmatched. It's why I keep driving back to see them. Their portions, flavor, and price are amazing. I've not had anything on their menu I didn't like. Mandarin chicken is definitely among the top in the GNO area. The honey chicken is sweet and crisp. Their rice and lo mein are packed with vegetables and protein. The service is quick and warm. I hope Bamboo Garden stays open for at least another 20 years, because I'm sure I'll see them then, too."

"Made a reservation more than a week in advance for this pla e. Get there and hostess tries to sit us at the bar and not not at a table when there were more than 50% of tables open. The service was slow..very slow. Waitress spilled a glass of water on our table and she casually wiped it off with her hand onto the floor. The masa for the tamales was dry. The crab cake was decent. After we had been eating for about 20 minutes, the hostess comes to the table and asks us again what name our reservation was under. The tmosphere here was awkward and the food was ok."

"Had the burger and onion rings and it was well with the stop on the way to Metairie for a wedding. My husband and I split the burger and rings. Thank goodness we did because the burger was pretty big. Friendly staff."

"Baby let me tell you about this good ol food!!! I had a sample of things... gumbo.. red beans.. potato salad.. chicken wings.. and a Ronjae watermelon mixed drink!! She got her whole entire life for the first time yesterday!!! And let me not forget to mention they have the CLEANEST public restroom Ive EVER seen!!! If you're in the area.. if ya not in the area go check this spot out.. I promise you'll be glad ya did!!!"
