"Went in for a quick bite. Ordered a rice bowl. Our order was ready but there was no fork on the tray. No one said anything until we asked for a fork and then they let us know that they were out of forks. I asked if they had any spoons but was ignored. The one adult in the place wouldn’t talk to us and walked out of the area. So our dine in turned in to take out. Had to go somewhere else to find a fork. We wouldn’t of eaten in there anyways because there was a constant loud ringing from a few of the machines that was painful to my ears. Were told by one of the employees that it’s always like that. Good to know."

Went to this place on my lunch break today. Later today had fraud charges on my card. This is the only place I’ve used this card in weeks. Be careful to go to this location because they obviously have someone stealing card info. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

"I believe i got the beef, flank, and meatball phó in a Phở Small Size and it was a good portion for me. Came with more noodles than my soup could handle which i loved because i love rice noodles. My only complaint would be that the soup was fairly cold but i just put it in the microwave and there were no worries there : its too cold to expect it to stay as hot as usual anyways! I definitely recommend. It even came with a little siracha packet which made it even better"

"Customer service: They were absolutely amazing. We came in less than 30 minutes before closing and wanted to move out so that we do not keep them too late, but they encouraged us not to worry about it because they would be closed an hour later. We did it, and we never felt rushed. They were fast with our food. They even let us use both coupons that we had, even though it says one per day because they knew it would end the next day. They were just so cool, helpful and friendly. Food: Absolutely delicious. The options were the full Entree size. We got the loaded pommes with pulled pork and the loaded mixed pommes (regular and sweet potato) with chicken. It was all delicious. I thought they were just an appetizer, but it was dinner. We couldn't even be done. The pulled pig was my favorite, the chicken was the favorite of my husband. I definitely recommend the sweet potato fries. The role was good, but the maize bread was more like maize cake. This crust was divine! Very crooked, but so good. I'm a little sad I forgot to taste her impressive series of sauces, but the food was so good, I had no reason to improve it. We definitely come back here."

"Me My wife came here for some Lunch and the girl that was taking our order was very... uninterested in what we were ordering. She spaced and asked us over and over again Wait... what did you say? . At least 3-4 times. She then got our entire order wrong and eventually had the kitchen remake our whole order again because she couldn 't respectfully do her job. We then talked to another lady, who I assumed was the manager, and she then remade our whole order and gave us some desserts for free for the mistake of the other girl. The guy who brought our food was very polite as well. All in all it 's a great place to eat and take the family just make sure to speak up if they get your order wrong and they have no problem firing it back up for yall."

"This place SUCKS. Wrong food, bacon burnt to a crisp, I ordered double blue cheese and the burger was dry on top of that they sent the wrong shake (doordash) I called and they promised a giftcard for less than the messed up burger and shake them did not wendthe card!! Called to complain again and the manager was RUDE said to take it up with doordash. I will never be back and recomend you go elsewhere. For over $100 for 2 burgers, a grilled cheese, and Club Sandwich with fries and two shakes. And they get it wrong and wont make it right? ? Go elsewhere. To expensive and they do not value clients."
