Best Chinese food we've had on a long time, our server was friendly and very helpful explained the dishes are family style, which we enjoyed as we ordered three different entrees to share, and all were excellent. Chinese restaurant with Entree item not found in many typical Chinese restaurants. well-made, delicious food. many vegan vegetarian products, workers know about chicken stock, other fabulous nonveg ingredients. meat dishes can be veganized. charming but relaxed ambiente suitable for datum night or a casual night. family tofu, pan fried veg dumplings were excellent. mapo tofu (baked meatless to order) was too salty but delicious. efficient, friendly service. can't wait to come back!

my man and I go here much more often than the fully vegan restaurants in the city (including the two blocks from our house the other review mentions many good dishes (the bitter melon/eggplant/green beans are a favorit as the scaled chili noodles) but missed some other great options. the crushed kartoffel is good, the house spicy tofu is great (and a order is enough curls for two people) and the scalion pfannkuchen is very good if a little oily. szechuan chick are also delicious. if they have it, watermelon juice is great.
