"We almost didn't go to TGIFridays tonight because if these poor reviews! People NEEDto give workers a break! It's TGIF! The food was verry good! Even EXCELLENT! We had the pot stickers for an app. Which were very hot and tasty! Then I ordered the Bucket of Bones, Ribs, Wings w FF! It was EXCELLENT included my request for extra sauce I like them REALLLY WET! lol ~food was HOT, Delicious and more than enough! brought some wings home . The ribs were falling off the bone tender as were the wings! My daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta which was a very large portion and arrived piping hot and also very delicious! My husband had the Full Rib Jack Daniels rib platter w FF Broccoli! Again delicious...

This TGI Fridays treats the OpenTable time as a suggestion rather than an actual reservation. We arrived on time for our reservation, but the hostess explained to us that TGI Fridays doesn 't really take reservations. If they know you are coming, they add you to the waitlist, but that 's all OpenTable does for you. So we waited.

We had a very unfortunate experience here because our server spent most of the time sitting in the next booth talking to her friend whose birthday it was. I know this because another server mentioned that guy's birthday. I guess he was a VIP to the people who work at this place the customers like our table were not VIP's. The server visited our table three times--to take drink order, to bring drink order/take food order to bring the check. Meanwhile, she spent most of the time seated in the booth across from me hanging out with her friend, the birthday boy. It would have been very awkward for me to ask her directly for our bill while she was hanging out with her friend so I went to the front...

"We were so excited to dine here as we’ve been ordering food from Zingerman’s for years. The Roadhouse did not disappoint. Everyone was super friendly. Our wait person, Dawn, was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Our meal was great. I had the American breakfast and my husband had the waffle with grits and bits. I liked his better than mine but my biscuit was amazing. The staff also brought us samples of the Mac and cheese and it was delicious. We had a great time and hope we get to come back soon."

"my omelette and kartoffel came cold, like the other two with me. Once we placed the order, it was delivered within 2 minutes. that is a true statement. the waitress said they had made the dinge in advance to assure that they did not withdraw. this will be the last time I go to the breakfast / brunch here. it is more expensive and I think they should expect more from zingerman. very disappointed."

"The service was fantastic but the food was just ok. And for the amount of money that we were charged, it just wasn’t worth it. We order three filets, one 8oz and two 4oz, and the two smaller ones were just not good pieces of meat that they tried to dress up. They were so thin that there was a bottom and top but no middle. I noted in the reservation that it was a Special Occasion but that was never acknowledged or even asked about. Last but not least, the wine list was extremely sparse. Surprising if the ‘wine’ is your foundation. I won’t be going back."

"the only reason why there is no 5-star course is because I feel that customer upgrade has been lost in this hotel. they used to offer half-priced rooms for Sunday, continental breakfast, appetizers for happy hour, all gone. my man went there for over 30 years during the Michigan race and he saw many changes. it was a family weekend for us until it became too expensive, then instead of 2 rooms he had to go on and made it a young one. in the course of the years he saw the customer upgrade die and take over the almighty. if he had a problem, the job he got was not as if it were going elsewhere. as a delight for a hotel it is to do an elite hotel for the fountain. we went back to Kovid and found it very expensive. it's lovely, but they don't offer their gasses any more. beautiful rooms and very clean, but I can get this in the best western for significantly less. the rooms are not cleaned during their stay, I understand because I kovid, but in reality that saves them money because the cleaning staff has not so much to do. I know everything is going to be expensive, but when you see that the almighty takeover and customer upgrade are lost, it's sad. it will be a long time when we go back because it will only become too rich for my blood. it was always a bit expensive, but it was not justified with those of them."
