We went to the restaurant on Mother's Day this year and we were extremely disappointed. Despite having a reservation, we were not seated for over 25 minutes and our food took almost an hour to arrive. Although our server was friendly, they were not attentive and seemed unorganized. The manager was unable to assist the servers and did not address our concerns about our experience effectively. They should not be in restaurant management or any customer service role. As a long-time customer of this restaurant for over 23 years, it is clear that the current operations are not up to par and the restaurant should consider shutting down.
