"it was terrible. about 25% on Mother's Day Sunday. they claimed not have a reservation of open table, but they are so disorganized I suspect that the disorder is at the end of tgifriday. the service was ridiculously slow for our party of 9 in a mostly empty restaurant. our server decided to lean on our table after he had taken over our commands (he later gave to the manager that he had fallen back and decided to just let our table go.) it took approx. 45 minutes to get our order out. at least the first part. several things were forgotten. the personal appears uninterested and unenchanted. We went to the restaurant on Mother's Day this year and we were extremely disappointed. Despite having a reservation, we were not seated for over 25 minutes and our food took almost an hour to arrive. Although our server was friendly, they were not attentive and seemed unorganized. The manager was unable to assist the servers and did not address our concerns about our experience effectively. They should not be in restaurant management or any customer service role. As a long-time customer of this restaurant for over 23 years, it is clear that the current operations are not up to par and the restaurant should consider shutting down.
