"The service was horrible I made reservations and got there in time and still had to to wait a half hour to be seated. Once we ordered we got somebody else’s tables food then we had to wait even longer for our actual order. The waitress was very forgetful we had to ask for things 2 and 3 times and by the time we got our food it was cold . I really like fridays food but idk if I’d go back to that location everything about that day from not even being seating on time was bad food cold service poor. They need some changes or more training that was bad"

"The service staff was BEYOND accommodating when our party of 6 turned into 24 at the last minute. Though it must have been frustrating, they were very helpful and patient when it came to making sure we were all seated, not just on the same side of the restaurant, but even in the same section, together. Our server was extremely patient (we had 12 kids ages 6-13) , especially when it came to taking all of the varied orders. You would think that with a party of 24 (and another party that had at least 15 people), the service would be beyond slow, but it really wasn't worse than any other busy Sat. night at any restaurant. Would highly recommend this location, based on service alone."

"Service was terrible, food was bad and seemed as though it sat for a long time we went at 11am (right at opening) so there’s no reason for that! Chicken was cold on the inside and luke warm on outside, quesadilla had definitely sat, and there was hardly any meat in it. Fries weren’t hot. I told them I was talking about open table. it seems they finally checked me in. eating was very mediocre. the service was slow. "During our visit to the restaurant, the server accidentally spilled drinks on our table, causing a mess on my clothes and the floor. As I was picking ice cubes out of my bag, I was disappointed as it was my son's birthday. The manager apologized and removed the cost of the burgers from our bill, reducing it from nearly $80 to $55. Unfortunately, the waiter confessed to having a similar incident earlier and seemed a bit confused. I suggested that he should go home, which was ridiculous. Later, the manager had to break up a fight between two female employees, one of whom he had been talking to just moments before. The situation escalated to the point where the police and ambulance were called, making the experience embarrassing. This was my second visit to the restaurant, and it will be my last. It's a shame that my meal wasn't comped under the circumstances."

"ok, but not much. wife had a good steak and rib dinner, excellent soss I had dressed the salmon with langustino; during the fish was hot, the longostinos were cold miniatur tomaten with mozzarella was good, the sorted vegetables that turned out to be squash acceptable a fly accompanied the meal, around on the window usually do not have a big problem. but when I found a gnat floating over my plate, it began to give me a break, waitstaff was attentive and polite."

"Customer service in this TGI Friday store was outstanding and beyond. There was a mix-up with an online order that I delivered during the stay at a nearby hotel. The manager, Marcos, bent back to address my concerns and immediately correct the situation. And to ensure my satisfaction, Marcos took it to himself to go the extra mile and personally deliver my order. I cannot thank Marcos and his staff enough!! I recommend this TGI Friday restaurant and it will be my place when I am in Richmond!!"

"My reservation was on 9. June, not on June 11. Somehow the reservation has resorted to the wrong date. Doug, the manager, was very nice and suggested I call Open Table what I did. It seems that TGIF has had problems with their bookings for several months. It's not the first time that this happened to me. In any case, my husband and I had a decent lunch. Although my salmon was very good, the portion size was so small. The waiter agreed and let the cook make me an extra piece. My husband enjoyed his burger, so there were no complaints about it. Sometimes things go wrong, but that won't stop me from going back to TGIF. It was always a good restaurant to go for a casual meal."

"Olivia was our waitress and she was excellent. We did have a lady who I don’t believe was the host (because she’s an older lady who is always very nice) but she did bring us to our seat and to me wasn’t friendly. She had some sort of accent but I’m not sure from where and she was a little on the y’all side. She argued about how many people could fit in a both and if my daughter could fit a high chair to the table. We’ve been there a million times with the same amount of people and knew everyone would fit but she insisted on basically arguing with me. She was the only bad thing about our night which was my husband and brother in laws birthday. Olivia made up for it. She was super sweet and attentive and our food was hot and didn’t take long at all. I’m going to request her every time we come!"

"apparently the one I used for the 18th birthday of my son. we have a table reserved, so we thought on 8 november at 18 o'clock. when members of my party arrived, they were told that their restaurant does not accept reservations and does not use the open table. the hostess was rude and seemed to have made her irritate. we only sat at 18:40 a.m. and only because I asked to see the manager who let us sit immediately after cleaning a table that sat all the time, we waited dirty with furry and glasses. the food was good and the waitress was top-notch. please check them closer to the places they make reservations. I was told I had to check my reservation. However, when I placed the reservation, I was under the impression that I had a confirmed reservation and did not have to call. so I will not now use their open table website to set up reservations. Thank you."

"My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time to try their endless appetizers. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food we received. The customer service was excellent - we were greeted as soon as we entered and seated promptly. Our waitress was quick to take our drink order and answered all our questions about the endless appetizers. The food took a bit longer to arrive at our table, but it was worth the wait as the quality and quantity exceeded our expectations. Our drinks were refilled before they were empty, and overall, we had an awesome dining experience. The customer service, food quality, quantity, and price were all excellent."

"problem number one, we had to wait for over 40 minutes until eating comes to the table. the 40-minute waiting period lasted, only one suppe was brought to the table that was 29 minutes waiting. then, when the food arrives, an order was completely wrong, but instead of correcting it and worrying that it would take another 40 minutes to ate the person only the food. the supervisor was nice enough to give us a 10% discount, but eating was just terrible. the potato skins were hard and without taste, the ribs were hard and had hardly meat on them, and the afteros tasted like cheeseburger on tortillas chips. several other articles were also a miss. none of the eight people in our party enjoyed their meal. the drinks were so watered, or they used cheap liquor, whatever is the case, not at all good. epic fails everywhere! last time that tgif will get any money from me. it was a birthday party so we at least enjoyed each other!"

"we went to another restaurant. booked for 7PM and when we arrived there at 6:55, we were told that there would be another 25 30 minutes. we found that we had booked the table and said that there are many people before us. we asked why they would confirm a table for 7PM and the answer was that open table really does not help them much and that they support it when they arrive. Of course, this is our first disappointment with open table or no wait, so it must be the restaurant. we felt that the hostess was rude in the answer and ton, so we did not stay and went into another restaurant on her app. they should be offered the tgi Friday from their, as it can be a negative representation of their offer."
