"I visited this restaurant on a weekend after attending a wedding in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, they are now only open for brunch, so I missed out on trying the crab legs I had seen on social media. Regardless, I decided to try their breakfast menu. I ordered the homemade corned beef hash, which was delicious. The portion size was generous, and the eggs, potatoes, and sourdough toast were all freshly made. I also enjoyed the strawberry jam that came with it. Unfortunately, this restaurant has closed down due to a fire. The all-you-can-eat snow crab legs were a bit expensive, but everything else, including the service, was great. The restaurant had nice woodwork and offered an extensive selection of wine and liquor.

I am so saddened to hear that it appears this restaurant may have closed for good after a devastating fire. I have such fond memories of this amazing place. I wish the owner the best of luck in whatever they decide to do next. The food here was always fantastic and the service was top-notch. It's a small restaurant, so there is usually a wait. I would recommend making a reservation if you have a large group or are going during busy times like Sunday brunch or Friday/Saturday evenings. Overall, I would give this place a 5-star rating for the food.

"This place is like no other in West Bend. Norbert has become my place and I am quite often there with my group of friends. We prefer either wine night or $6.00 Martini's on Thursday nights. "this review is long overdue, and I feel so bad for this amazing experience to share so late. it was a few years ago, and I'm not sure if he works here or not. his name was brian and he was the most amazing, kindhearted man. I had placed an order in the restaurant and then I realized my wallet to forget home. I felt embarrassing that I canceled my order, but brian told me I didn't worry about it and paid generously for my meal! I will forever remember how kind he was for me and will always be grateful that he helped me this day. thanks for getting brian."

"Sent in a to go order over lunch and got to restaurant to pick up. After asking twice about my order she apparently finally sent it back to the kitchen to cook. This was over minutes after I had even placed the order (of potstickers and rolls-which should be ready in minutes max). If you like waiting and being ignored by staff that couldn't care less then this is the place for you. Such slow service in an empty restaurant is a bad sign."

"They met with friends for a fish frit and picked Brazen Head. It was the right choice, the three of us had a great time. The cook came to check us how we were right at the kitchen and joked with us. Our waitress/bartender was funny and on everything, no drink had to empty before she asked if another or something else wanted. The fish was our main reason for walking and it was excellent. Her guinness of broken cod was perfect. The outside was not asggy as other places, and the taste put it up and beyond. Beautiful crispy pommes and I tried the potato of the month that was pots, spicy thick cuts more or less that were cut like pots. I look forward to going back and as soon as you try, you will."
