"I've passed this place a hundred times intending to stop. After finally doing so I'm not sure what the fuss is. The service was slow/inefficient/non-existent. The food was overpriced, cold, and tasteless. A Miller Lite was almost $6 and was served in a can! A soda in a cup was almost $5. Come on. Out door dining is thoughtless and uninspired. The parking lot sits on a slope and with the prices they charge you think the owner would improve the seating area outside. You are literally seated up against 40mph traffic on a slope in ancient furniture. Parking situation is hurtful. The owner parks his personal truck and unused food truck right at the front basically bottlenecking any incoming traf...

Everything we ordered tasted great and staff were very friendly. Atmosphere had a cool lakehouse vibe, a little rickety but not in a bad way. Would go back.

My favorite restaurant of all time. The every day menu is incredible and their specials are amazing! We come here a lot! Also, the view if you’re sitting near the window or outside is great.

The staff was very friendly. No problems there. The place was descent...across the street from the lake. Bar atmosphere. What got us was the prices. $23 for a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, croutons and buratta cheese and worse...Lobster roll special was $41! Can't confirm if it was frozen or fresh lobster but it was small and just okay. $41 for lobster roll and fries. Insanity. Won't go back again unfortunately.

"The service was excellent! The food was very good. The wine was also fabulous. The reputation of the place is a high-end restaurant in the area. Much of everything represents that. However, a few curious areas didn't quite meet that reputation. First, the menu was presented in a flimsy, stained paper that didn’t match the caliber of the foods items (steakhouse-quality dry-aged steak). Second, the outdoor seating chairs were the light-weight aluminum chairs you'd see at a casual outdoor cafe. The driveway leading to the restaurant has a lot of potholes, which doesn't quite set the stage for well-maintained grounds of a high-end place. But these are just the finer touches that don't affect their great service or tasty food. These visual cues are simply a mismatch with its higher-end brand."

"My boyfriend and I are moving to West Milford so we were looking for a good breakfast spot. Sit n' chat had good ratings so we tried it out. Ryan, our waiter, was very quick and friendly. I believe it's the owner behind the counter also checked on us twice to see how everything was which was really nice. Good food, good portions and the iced lattes taste like milk shakes I can't wait to go back!"

"Such a strange experience at Frank's yesterday. Waitress was awesome. But food was not anywhere as good since I was last there. My $11.25 sandwich was made with a lot of low quality, tasteless bread, a paper thin slice of fried eggplant, a tiny quantity of roasted pepper. The chicken in it was OK in texture and quantity but it was all chopped up, which I really didn't like. It was warm, but not hot – as I expected it to be. I passed on the fries cause they were $5.50 EXTRA!"

"OMG, we have traveled extensively and this is some of the best barbaqu we've ever had!! TJ's recipes and delivery of flavors is amazing. We ordered a combination of items and everything was top notch and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great and as a pilot I was enchanted with the location at Greenwood Lake Airport. Stop in, you won't be disappointed. PS: left with enough leftovers for several meals for me and the wife!"
