Alexis was our server tonight. She was our server in July, the last time we were there. We loved her then and we loved her still. I think she'll remain special to us forever because of the extra special touch she did for our son's birthday who's now in heaven). She's got a great personality and does whatever she can to make the night and meal special. Food was delicious as always.

I have been to the Melting Pot Many, many times and this is the first time I had a complaint about the food. The tenderloin was not tender and had lots of fat and grizzle in it. They replaced it for us but it was more of the same. All the other meats were good though. There was no pineapple for the fondue and that was VERY disappointing. The strawberries were not as nice as I have seen in the past. I will go back but this time was more disappointing than my other visits. They did give us 10% off for our issues.
