"Palms is a beautiful setting to eat and drink. Good deals on happy hour drinks, but not a lot of good food selections. I had Chilean Sea Bass and it wasn’t that great, dry. Mine is so much better and my expectation when I dine out, especially in Los Gatos is that I have really good food! My friend ordered pasta with chicken and chicken slices were so thin, so basically eating pasta. Crème Brûlée top was burned in center and not crunchy on outer edge. How can you mess up this simple dessert???"

Ate indoors. Very spacious and attractive. Food was delicious. Totally suggest the hula pie to finish off your meal! Server was exceptional

Great food and cocktails! Just was a very hot day so couldn’t sit outside. I recommend 100000% to sit outside when you have a chance, inside is not as much fun.

We recently dined at the Palms and sat outside. While we had an small issue with overcooked sliders our server Joseph made up for it! He was attentive, friendly and just overall great!

"I visited a fantastic local tea shop and ordered an Earl Grey milk tea with no sugar, aloe, and boba. It was absolutely delicious. The tea had a rich flavor and the boba was perfectly chewy and satisfying."

"Our group ordered the Halibut Cocktail, Burrata, and Truffle Fries to share, and I chose the Pork Chop as my main dish. Everything was delicious and fresh. The Pork Chop was a thick cut, and even though I don't usually eat much pork, this dish was incredibly juicy. We also shared the Apricot Crumble and a scoop of seasonal ice cream for dessert, both of which were delightful. Our waitress was attentive and courteous. Overall, this is a well-established local restaurant with several other locations in the Bay Area. I would definitely consider returning to explore more of their menu."

"came to brunch here on Sunday afternoon. the ambiente was cool and the personal was atmospheric. very friendly and wonderful service. the price is reasonable and the food proportions are large. many parking spaces and sitting outdoors. great place for family with children. highly recommended."

"I had high hopes for this restaurant since it had a 4-star rating, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. We were seated promptly at our reservation time, but it took quite some time for our drinks to arrive, and even longer for our food order to be taken. It took a total of 1.5 hours for our food to be served, despite ordering a simple pizza and fettuccine Alfredo. The service was slow overall, and the chicken Alfredo lacked flavor compared to other Italian restaurants I have been to. The cannoli had fresh ricotta but the pastry seemed stale, however, the Pistachio dessert was enjoyable. In the end, my expectations were not met and I left feeling disappointed. You win some, you lose some."
