"My (now) husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at The Patio at 1578. I couldn't have asked for a better rehearsal dinner. Everything was absolutely perfect. Mark and Kim worked with us to create a wonderful family-style Italian feast for our around 30 guests. We arrived around 5:30 and started off with delicious cocktails. We had 3 hors d'oeuvres (bruschetta, lamb chops, and arancini) which were all delectable and served on trays. "We stopped by after doing a hike at La Verna Preserve. The views overlooking the water are wonderful. They have picnic tables in back that are first-come-first-serve. We grabbed a table and headed in to order our Lobster. I ordered the Twin Lobster for my wife and I to share, along with orders of Chips and Onion Rings for the table. Unfortunately, the cashier rang me up for 2 orders of Twin Lobster and 2 orders of Onion Rings. I didn't notice it when I paid my tab (just tapped), but I should have based on the cost. Anyway, they called my number twice and voila, I had 2 Twin Lobsters (4 total) in front of me and 2 orders of onion rings, but no chips. The fresh Lobsters were outstanding and the Onion Rings were very good as well. Being a person who loves to cook, I was not disturbed by my 4 Lobsters. When we returned to our friends place, I took the meat out of 2 Lobsters and made some Lobster Corn Chowder which turned out wonderful. This is a family run business and their food is very fresh and tasty. We would definitely visit again when in the area."

"Although I miss the old Lobbies , I appreciate the convenience and simplicity of the new iteration. Details.. I went by boat with three others from New harbor. I had the pulled pork, very good flavor but so fatty I left a lot on the plate. Fries were good, but two of our party ordered fries, but got chips instead. Everyone else 's food beside that issue was to their liking. Cheeseburger, grilled cheese with tomato and bacon were both good. I had a **** Mary which was pretty much how they 've always been there... No complaints. I 'll definitely go back, and order something different. It 's really about the boat ride and tradition at this point.Parking: Relatively small lot, but with the new setup I can 't see it getting that crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs, if you drive.Dietary restrictions: Not much for you if you 're gluten free, it 'll be protein only or on a salad. "I took my boys, Aged 14 and 12, here for first steam lobsters. The server allowed them to meet their respective dinners before cooking them. I got their fried scallops (a bit overcooked) and mussels appetizer (the best thing I tried) to share. The boys loved their lobsters, served with fries (good) and slaw (bland and dry). It was a memorable meal, if a little pricey at $120."

"What a gem!!! This place has the most amazing breakfast. Everything was fresh and made to order. My husband and I stumbled upon it during a visit to the Tide pools. My husband had the veggie deluxe sandwich, a side of hash and fresh squeezed OJ. I ordered the Irish sandwich (hash), a cinnamon bun and iced coffee. Everything was delicious. The veggies were so fresh, the baked goods (included the bread) took the prize. Mary Dee the owner was lovely to chat with. Took home a slice of lemon cake, a cookie and have a sheet pan of cinnamon rolls. Definitely worth the visit. Go early before she sells out of buns. We missed out on the sticky buns but gives us a reason to go back!!!"
