The Pines Tavern - Speisekarte

This restaurant is a stylish restaurant with good menus. I like you can dress up and sit in the dining room, or go a bit more casual and sit on the terrace or bar area. I think the food is a good quality, but maybe a tough price for some options. I liked the dinner and drinks menu, the atmosphere and the history of the restaurant cards they have on the table. I'll go back and hope to enjoy the terrace, lights and music next time!

Had an amazing lunch with friends at this restaurant! The menu selection was outstanding with something for everyone's taste. We started with the fried zucchini, which was crispy and not greasy, accompanied by a delicious marinara sauce. I enjoyed the black fish tacos, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were the perfect side dish. Other dishes at the table included a tasty salad and chicken pancakes filled with plenty of breast meat. For dessert, we shared pies and billionaire bars. The service was top-notch, attentive but not overbearing. Can't wait to come back soon!

I never thought I'd write less than a 5-star score for the Pines. They were always above average in all those years I enjoyed there. But this last visit can only be described as disappointing. The coating on the fish was soggy (fish on a plate) and the frits limp. I don't know why they've changed their revolving basket to some sort of Bland bread, but I hope they change it again (my sister said it tastes like the common bread from the church of our grandfather). My mother's berry cake was cold (not room temperature, but actually cold refrigerator). The Hummingbird Cake (one of my favorite moist cakes) was very dry and tasteless.
