"EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED! I have been going to this Tony Roma's for several years and I have NEVER had the experience I had this past week. (Fri 02/16/18). I have had bad service before but never bad food. This time the service AND the food was poor. Our waiter did not come back to refill our drinks even when we asked. They were busy, we thought he forgot so we flagged him down and asked again. Never came back to table after he took our order until he brought the check. He didn't even bring our food out. One of us ordered Prime Rib, med-well....it was barely brown on the outside and inside was raw. I ordered steak medallions, med-well, and ribs. Steak was raw and tasted as if it was bad. Anoth...

Food and service were very good, had a great time with our party. Sunday night wasn't too busy so we were able to have a great conversation with everyone.

We were seated at the same time as another family with us. They ate and left before we got our food. I wanted another drink but the waitress never came back. I went to the bar to get one, but the bartender ignored me for 5 minutes even though there was only 6 people sitting there. I just went back to my table.

My husband and I ordered steaks medium and medium rare, they were well done. I ordered one of the cherry drinks that is on the drink menu and I couldn't even drink it so I requested a lemon drop martini which came to me in a small drink glass and was more of a vodka lemonade. We had a view of the river which was beautiful other than that we were not pleased. Food was overpriced and not good. We will not go back.

"Walking through town I saw a sign saying £2.95, Any sandwich, Any filling I thought that's a good deal, went in the tiny store and placed my order. Another worker came to the til and charged me £4.50. When I questioned it the ladies smirked and said but that's not a sandwich (a tiny roll). when you read Any sandwich it's misleading to the public when you charge almost twice the amount being advertised. "We were traveling thru town. Went here for dinner. The time we get in an out. It was great experience. Soon as you Enter they welcome you with a smile. Food was serve with in 10 min. Fresh, Hot and full off flavor. Loved it and will definitely recommend everyone to try out this place."

"I have eaten a handful of time in Brazen (for special occasions as it is expensive) and have enjoyed any vegan special I tried from Risotto to Polnta to Gnocchi to Pizza. Crockery is made from scratches and is a sophisticated combination of flavors and ingredients that are produced locally. I recently tried her vegan chocolate cake and it was the best chocolate cake I ever had. They also offer a variety of creative cocktails.
