"EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED! I have been going to this Tony Roma's for several years and I have NEVER had the experience I had this past week. (Fri 02/16/18). I have had bad service before but never bad food. This time the service AND the food was poor. Our waiter did not come back to refill our drinks even when we asked. They were busy, we thought he forgot so we flagged him down and asked again. Never came back to table after he took our order until he brought the check. He didn't even bring our food out. One of us ordered Prime Rib, med-well....it was barely brown on the outside and inside was raw. I ordered steak medallions, med-well, and ribs. Steak was raw and tasted as if it was bad. Anoth...

We were seated at the same time as another family with us. They ate and left before we got our food. I wanted another drink but the waitress never came back. I went to the bar to get one, but the bartender ignored me for 5 minutes even though there was only 6 people sitting there. I just went back to my table.

My husband and I ordered steaks medium and medium rare, they were well done. I ordered one of the cherry drinks that is on the drink menu and I couldn't even drink it so I requested a lemon drop martini which came to me in a small drink glass and was more of a vodka lemonade. We had a view of the river which was beautiful other than that we were not pleased. Food was overpriced and not good. We will not go back.
