"EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED! I have been going to this Tony Roma's for several years and I have NEVER had the experience I had this past week. (Fri 02/16/18). I have had bad service before but never bad food. This time the service AND the food was poor. Our waiter did not come back to refill our drinks even when we asked. They were busy, we thought he forgot so we flagged him down and asked again. Never came back to table after he took our order until he brought the check. He didn't even bring our food out. One of us ordered Prime Rib, med-well....it was barely brown on the outside and inside was raw. I ordered steak medallions, med-well, and ribs. Steak was raw and tasted as if it was bad. Another got the Nolieta Panini and they didn't have the sauce on it and it was cold enough that the cheese had started to harden. The baked potatoes were WAY over done to the point that the skin was hard and crusty and the inside was practically petrified. It was all barely luke warm and the potatoes were so cooled that the butter did not even melt on them. They took the prime rib back to reheat it and it came out almost like it was when they took it. My steak medallions were never addressed, nor were the potatoes. She just stated she was sorry. Apparently not sorry enough to do anything about it. You definitely need a cook or cooks in there that know what they are doing because what you have now is ridiculous. That food should never have been served in that condition. Needless to say, it will be a LONG time before we ever come back there IF we ever do. We also noticed that another table had made some complaints about their meal however I do not know about what. If you don't address these issues, you will be going under and it won't take very long. VERY DISAPOINTED."

"My wife and I worked as servers at Tony Roma?s TR in Orlando. Me for 20 years and she for 5 years. Still living in Orlando I often crave the onion loaf and ribs. Down in west palm beach there is a TR but they do not serve the onion loaf. TR without onion loaf is un-American. Anyway the west palm beach location is connected to an old hotel but the ribs were great. Now I see that a TR opened in Raleigh North Carolina so the wife and I took the 1:30 Delta flight to RDU from MCO to visit Saturday night. Made a reservation on OpenTable for 5:15 PM and arrived just before. The outside looks just like a TonyRomas attached to a hotel but the inside could be any restaurant really. This TonyRomas is attached to a brand new Marriott Delta Hotel and the restaurant has been open less than two months. We were sat at a very comfortable booth which overlooked the food line which I was very happy to do as we wanted to see the food coming out of the window. Having worked there so many years I was happy to see so many of the old favorites on the menu. However the menu was as big with variety as the cheesecake factory which always causes me concern that the kitchen will be overwhelmed. We ordered a well-done onion loaf and chicken shrimp with no chives. They both came out perfect as we ordered. The onion loaf was amazing and so was the Kickin shrimp. I do miss however the barbecue mayonnaise dipping sauce which used to accompany the onion loaf. I also missed the red hot sauce which when combined with mayonnaise made the perfect dipping sauce but that is no longer so I combined mayonnaise and Carolina honeys which was just a little too sweet. The ticket time was over 25 minutes which is quite long however we were in no rush. Our server brought over bread which was not like the bread we remember served with margarine. I recommend going back to the herb butter that was previously served with bread or to regular butter as margarine is just gross. Our server Jivonni was attentive friendly"
