"just left the place and it was absolutely dirty and bordered on dirty. the food station has dried eating everywhere. the kitchen floor was put in food and kartons that we all stacked. it was disappointing. they had too many workers for the whole restaurant to be so nasty. the sauce station was dirty and 80 percent empty. I had to ask them to fill up the Salsa station. there were many young people who worked there and seemed to be lacking training and guidance. the man who seemed to be the lead was obvious for the chaotic kitchen area. please do better before the health department sends a visit and shuts off this site."

"When I first came here and I got a 12.99 combo, 10 pieces, I asked her to replace my frits with onion rings and got just like 4 onion rings and I asked myself to raise my drink to a big one. So idk, like my meal went to $19 to get my drink big and get very few onion rings, but it did. Although OBVIOUSLY there is a charge, but come on black people, $6 extra dollars? Should only order a separate drink and a side of onion rings and it would have been cheaper than that. I came 15 minutes before closing and 4 people ordered me and got their food before me. The cook had to ask me what I ordered and looked at the ticket, so it was obviously not put right because they cooked it after they looked at my order, so I ended my food last. The food wasn't great, but the drink was the only thing that was delicious. But still $19, and I got no receipt smh, why you ask for receipts and ask questions because people come when they can and obviously they have. But never again. First and last for this place."

"I went to Hamburger Mikes to get a veggieburger. I've been on a veggie diet for about a week. I went to the restaurant with the usual Blackbean Burger on my mind. The cook recommends a veggie burger called the impossible burger. I tried and was not disappointed at all. I'll try this burger again. It was juicy and seasoned for perfection. I really thought I'd eat beef. Customer service was excellent. There are not many places that offer good customer service and food. I'll give this place 5."

"Saying this is the best Caribbean restaurant in the area would not be generous enough for this establishment. The fact of the matter is, this is the BEST restaurant in the area PERIOD! The food is delicious and fresh, the establishment is immaculate, and the service is second to none. The staff are friendly and patient. They took the time to educate us on the various options, taking our preferences into account and making recommendations based on them. Do yourself a favor and make this your first and only stop when you're craving a truly Addiktive experience."

"we came Tuesday night at 8:45 and there was an hour waiting without guarantee that they were sitting. we asked if we could wait at the bar while we waited and they said yes. bar offers only the appetizer menu that was honestly more than enough for us. Unlimited appetizers for $15 was worth a lot. our bar channels was also very sweet and attentive."
