The waitress was extremely rude. This was our second visit, and both times, she was as rude as possible. She took my drink order and then walked away without returning.

She arrived at 6 o'clock after a delay at the airport. Our server, Katie, was incredibly friendly. There was an issue with my order, but it was quickly resolved. The food was good as well. I'd definitely return, mainly for the excellent service.

This is by far the worst Waffle House I've ever been to. I visited twice, and both times the waitress was unfriendly and rude. On my first visit, the chef, who was a young girl, apologized to us and took our order. However, I overheard an older staff member making comments about me, saying I didn't know what I wanted. During my second visit, we had just finished eating, and I didn’t want the rude staff member to handle my food. The table was dirty, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families with children.
