"Mala Beef Noodle Soup (extra spicy) Lamb Skewers.Noodles were the best I've ever had bouncy, perfect soft chew, somehow not getting too soft while sitting in the hot soup for minutes. Soup broth was flavorful, clean, and a good spice level. Beef was a good proportion and taste, a good supporting act to the noodles on center stage.The lamb skewers were smaller and dryer than expected but I still enjoyed them and the cumin on top. These were 3 4/5 but as a side dish, I'm not deducting from the total. I could come here and just get the noodle dishes and be happy. I can’t say enough about this place. Food was excellent and tasty, making me plan to come back as I was eating. The pricing is affordable and the owners are so nice. I like the self service type of ordering as well. Very fast and well organized. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. 100/10 recommend!!Food: 5/5

I got the spicy lamb biang noodle soup and really enjoyed it! I finished the entire bowl and I was left full but not overly full. Flavor was yummy and spicy level (I got regular) was perfect based on what I expected. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Not from Seattle but I would visit again if I lived in the area!Food: 5/5

"I can't even count how many times I ordered from U:Don. While I had not the pleasure to eat, I have become a bit more regular with takeout. portions are excellent, noodles are thick and filling, generous with the meat and give up, and cheap. I could not be happier with my experiences so far, and plan to order regularly. if they are not familiar with soy-based udon, they do one please and instead try the kakuni pork suppe udon as it always makes me absurdly cozy, especially in winter!"

"The place gets warm with the open kitchen despite the ac and a crack window so might be better to sit outside or do to go.This is a place where you order and pay up front , then bring out the food and you bus your own tables. Table and water are in a corner.My fried said her fried rice was too salty.My fried chicken bowl with no rice was tasty so my review is a reflection of the food I got. The chicken was not soggy despite covered in sauceThe rice bowls that both of my friends got were steaming hot. They had to wait for it to cool down before eating."

"I want to say thank you to Cathy! She provides the best service!!! Homegrown is one of my favorite salad place. I always ordered from the Capitol Hill one and they have default to dressing on the side. This is my first time ordering here but they have dressing mixed in. I was soooo hungry and when I saw the dressing mixed in, I wanted to cry because that is way too oily for me. I came back to the store and someone told me I have to specifically mention that I want the dressing on the side. I was thinking I’ll never order from here anymore. I wanted to cry. BUT Cathy came out and said she want me to satisfy and she can make one for me!!! OMG The best service!!!! Thank you Cathy"
