"Mala Beef Noodle Soup (extra spicy) Lamb Skewers.Noodles were the best I've ever had bouncy, perfect soft chew, somehow not getting too soft while sitting in the hot soup for minutes. Soup broth was flavorful, clean, and a good spice level. Beef was a good proportion and taste, a good supporting act to the noodles on center stage.The lamb skewers were smaller and dryer than expected but I still enjoyed them and the cumin on top. These were 3 4/5 but as a side dish, I'm not deducting from the total. I could come here and just get the noodle dishes and be happy. I can’t say enough about this place. Food was excellent and tasty, making me plan to come back as I was eating. The pricing is affordable and the owners are so nice. I got the spicy lamb biang noodle soup and really enjoyed it! I finished the entire bowl and I was left full but not overly full. Flavor was yummy and spicy level (I got regular) was perfect based on what I expected. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Not from Seattle but I would visit again if I lived in the area!Food: 5/5
