"Wait times for food is ridiculous I dont spend money for terrible service. I ordered my food for deliver and went as the driver, my sandwich sat for eons as I waited for the drink I ordered to be made. Horrible would give zero if I could."

"It was the best 12 dollar sandwich I have ever had. The boys in the back of the store (sandwich counter) are very polite and courteous. The selection of sandwiches are huge or build your own. My wife said her Rubin was the BEST she has ever had. That's saying alot , she is very finakey like a cat. I live in the east bay and I would come back to the city just for a sandwich. Thank you"
