"the last 4 times I had gone through the drive-thru, I had either been confused, given someone else, or both. for the first time, they have not put any chickens in my son the happy meal, for the second time I have my fries or the apple juice of my sohne not given, for the third time my entire order was given to the car before me and now the half of my order was given to the car before and then after home I noticed that they had a 4pc chickening after the payment for a 6pc."

"Got my order wrong 3 out 5 times. I may not eat or a lot,I know I should always check the bag (making sure the order is correct), but should that really happen on an order that's being remade bc it was made incorrectly? My son loves McDonald's they have improved over the years with better product and food. Kids will always love McDonald's! The parents who have an allergy or requested a sauce not be added...my word. "it is a mcdonald’s, and there are certain quantities of standardization that prevent it from hitting 1 star. as one of the few eat in FC/San mateo late in the night? the service is. shockingly far below mcds standards to these hours. the nightman regularly delivers orders, rushes me so much that they even ask me to go into the window if I am not ordered, parks orders would eat much more often than any fast, and sometimes mistakes will be made that go over inaccurate and bizarre like the ordering of a mcchik and get one of them with no lower bungalow (if I do not ask such, naturally made). if you have no more reasons, avoid it later, and still be awake in daylight. the food itself is however perfect. could use more reliability on heat/preliminary stage."

"I often stop at this McDonald’s and they always do a fine job. I really wanted to leave a review based on today’s experience though. I pulled up to order my sausage biscuit and my car ran out of gas as I was sitting there!! (gas gauge is broken, I wasn’t sitting there long, they’re always fast) I had to explain what was happening through the ordering microphone. 2 employees came right out, had me put my car in neutral and pushed me to a parking spot. They then got a gas can and filled my car up enough to get to a gas station. They were incredibly kind and helpful and I am so very grateful for them! Wish I had gotten their names and was able to let their management know!"

"I would never write a review for a random McDonald’s in small town Texas. But HOLY COW. I had a double cheeseburger here that was absolutely, unbelievable. I almost ordered another because it was so stinking good. I have no idea what they did, but if McDonald’s served burgers this good all of the time, they’d probably have double the business. The bathroom was clean, the rest of the dining room was messy but not dirty. Wow. I’d drive out of my way to come here again if I could have that same burger."

"Management has changed. Place is clean now and everything is new. Salad was fresh and the service was good. Now it is definitely a good place to come. Old review: For egg cheese biscuit, they have calculated me the full amount as it was with my meat. Other places charge me at least $1. Oh, yeah, the coffee was stabbed. I won't be here."

"at the first pay window the man was super friendly and courteous. At the 2nd pick up window completely unhappy and not friendly at all. My grandson told her hello twice and she did not respond. I spoke and she handed me my drinks, then my order. I asked if she was sure there was 2 BBQ. she said YES in an inappropriate way. So after pulling away I checked the order. 2 half boxes of medium ff. 10 piece nuggets that seemed reheated or very hard and old, 4 straws, no double cheese burger, no napkins. My 5 year old grandson was ready to eat and ate all of it. If it weren't for him I would have absolutely driven right back around and corrected this. Many other McDonald's to choose from. Thanks for the rudeness and a cruddy wrong order. Have a nice day!"
