"Saw outside on the terrace. Much shadow! Waitress was really nice and attentive. She offered suggestions without being pushed. We all have lunch options with a few additional pages. Your Cornbread Muffins are the best! St. Louis style ribs had a lot of meat on them and the steamed broccoli was delicious! The smaller parts were perfect! Restaurant and terrace were clean. Host was nice. We will visit this place again."

"THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES!!!!I went to grab breakfast this morning, my transaction was simple. After I received my order I kindly asked for ketchup. This lady answered me in the most rude bitter tone; “you should have asked for it at the beginning with the cashier!”. I don’t know who the hell she think she is talking to customers that way, that’s unacceptable!! And it shouldn’t matter when I ask for it, people usually ask for ketchup when they receive their order!I worked for customer service all of my life and I have never spoken to customers In that manner. I don’t care if you hate your job, but don’t be rude to people!! She’s: petite, African-American, with long black braids. I called back to ask for her name, woman on the phone said there’s two women with that same hairstyle. She asked, “ why what’s the problem, ok I’ll speak to her it shouldn’t matter when you ask for it”. Apparently they are use to receiving complaints from this location. The fact that they didn’t want to provide me with her name says it all; they cover for each other and it’s not reported to management, and the issue is never resolved."

"I have traveled all through this country. The most surprising thing I find is how d dramatically different McDonald's can be. The crazy thing is the quality doesn't seem to be connected to location environment or even financial prosperity of the local city. I've been to deep City ghettos with McDonald's was run with class and cleanliness. I've been to high-end suburbs of Nashville and Atlanta and Chicago and St Louis where the food was cold and stale and dirty. So it has led me to believe that the number one reason why one McDonald's is fun and enjoyable to dine at and the other is a chore has to do with management and the franchisee and not with the location or the environment. Which makes me sad that here in Pulaski which is supposed to be a retirement community a place to raise your children and a place to belong this McDonald's is a prior and an embarrassment to the community. The food is cold frequently wrong the restaurant is dirty the employees are all obviously mistreated based on the way they treat their customers. There's something about having a treat day with your family with your little kids where you go get Happy Meals and have a little treat for yourself and yet we have to reserve that as a family for when we're out of town because we will not eat at this place anymore. If the franchisee is reading this you should really be ashamed at what you are presenting this community. You have all the resources and all the opportunities. McDonald's as a company can actually be a positive influence in the little communities it's in this is not one of those. This particular franchise is a parasite and a burden to Pulaski. Shame."

"I would give this location 4 to five stars; however, the last two time I have been there is why I am currently giving it two stars. Today I ordered, 1 Big Breakfast, pancakes with sausage and three sausage biscuits. This is what I usually order. But if you see the photo below, there is something missing. I did get the three sausage biscuits and the hotcakes and sauges; however, instead of a Big Breakfast I got hotcakes and a hashbrown."

"Went to 7-Eleven across the street for black iced coffee, and they were out, asked the worker where is the next 7-Eleven so I can get iced coffee at the same time I looked up and I saw McDonald's across the street and I told the guy never mind you lost it today sir McDonald's wins. We both laughed about it and I went to McDonald's and I got the one of the best black iced coffees I have had in a longest time I was so satisfied thank you McDonald"

"I'm pretty disappointed with this experience. Normally I don't have an issue here but this morning they did not even try it seems like. Just throw my food in the bag not even wrapped up all the way. And I also bought a large ice caramel coffee and I paid almost $1 extra for extra caramel and liquid sugar and I'm pretty sure they didn't add the caramel but I know for a fact they did not add no liquid sugar like I asked and after paying a dollar for it I really ain't too happy that I couldn't even get what I paid for how hard is it to follow simple directions like that? And to top it all off I was supposed to get it free to begin with because I had it as a reward on my McDonald's app but for some reason it didn't go through and the person who scanned it and took my payment and stuff didn't even think to tell me that the code she just put in didn't do anything so I didn't even realize that I still had to pay full price for a messed up drink until I was already home and looking at the receipt. Tighten up"

"As a rule, if I'm out and stopped over the drive and ordered a powerade. Drive thru is comfortable and I can order from the comfort of my truck. McDonald's has a menu of hamburgers, value meals and drinks from coffee to milkshakes. Young and seniors are welcome to dine in or dine out. It's a grating place just to see someone hit a friend. "I had to stay in Brush for a few days while my car was repaired and I went to these McDonalds every day I was here. The food was always hot, fresh and made to order from what I could say. For this reason, people complain about the somewhat long waiting times. However, the staff are so friendly and the food was always great, so waiting a little longer than average with me is good. "I ordered a big Mac meal and after the attitude from the employee I got home with my food and there was a patch of hair in my hamburger.Not a piece of hair it was like someone snatched it out by the handful and was in the center of my hamburger and when I called the manager she asked if I was sure it wasn't mine I assured her it wasn't she said how do you know and I told her because I don't wear weave.People put your hair nets on. Dietary restrictions: People don't eat hair it's not good for the digestive system. "Now this McDonald's in Walmart, who makes it a bit a choir with all the Covid restrictions. But they know how to make a McRib!!! The first I had this year was sloppy and dry. I saw that he was done and she was sunk in BBQ, then tilt and shatter again! That makes it a signature sandwich that should be. The staff is friendly and polite, get in and out quickly."

"I can't believe this place. I got here just a couple minutes after close the lobby doors were still open. I tried to make an order I was going to make it to go because I knew that the lobby was closing. However the manager Laney by name did not want to accommodate me as a customer seeing as how I am currently writing a motorcycle. I asked her politely and politely she declined stating that the reason is is because her computer is shut down. However, the drive-thru is open until 2:00 a.m. . I don't understand why she couldn't take my order on another computer and give me my food to go which I asked for I could have gone outside and eating on the curb however I have no way to go through a drive-thru on a motorcycle because I cannot ride out of the drive-thru with my food. This is very poor management and a horrible role model for the rest of her crew. I will stay that she was polite during the whole time however it was almost as if she was incapable of coming up with a solution so now I don't get to eat and they lose business."

"this mcdonald needs some customer service training. the older white lady full of drinks orders was very rude. none of the employees had nameplates and they were all dressed mainly in street clothes. we were told directly at work in cash, only that was in order. I have given my order where the cash broke. a large koks and small diet with the child meal. some, as a medium diet was added. I tried to use my rewards in which I was told I couldn't. the older women do not communicate properly with the young cash. when that was straight, they dug out the other large diet coke and poured on children (a normal person would just let it go) the manager tasha sat somewhere behind. we had to wipe the table. the pommes came out. When we asked for a refill, we asked the older woman's name, she refused to give to the young white boy and say to do it. I guess because we asked about her name."
