"First of all, the food (burgers) Portabella Char and the BBQ Bacon Char with Cheese below average and dry, flavorless, and just not good. Then, the order took over 1 hour to make, and last they completely forgot parts of my order. I honestly much rather have a McDonalds burger. The Parmesan Garlic Fries were soggy with a few sprinkles of parm cheese, and no garlic flavor."

"All four burgers were wrong. Two #2 Original Double Char were supposed to be plain but had cheese all over them, and the Double Char with Cheese had none of the toppings requested except cheese. The #5 Portabella Char Meal bun was old, stale and hard. In addition, the burger patties seemed like they were old, definitely not fresh. It seemed as if the employees just threw whatever burgers they had laying around in the bag with zero effort towards getting the order correct."

"We had a party of 13 and the server arranged tables and screens on the terrace so we don't have to sit in the sun. The restaurant was clean; the staff was friendly. There were some mistakes with our order, but were quickly corrected. The food was delicious! The toilets are not gender. Parking is free. The restaurant is clearly visible from the street."

"They either never follow instructions or selectively follow instructions. I always get the Ahi Tuna Filet and request it cooked well now because it apos;s usually still raw and cold in the middle. Even with that request, they still cook it the same. I always request no salt on my sides because they tend to overdo it. My Tempura Green Beans Fries are still super salty. Today, I also asked for the sauces on the side so my sandwich wouldn apos;t be soggy. They did not include sauce at all. It apos;s just annoying at this point."

"I really enjoyed the ranch and sweet potato fries at this restaurant, but the burgers were disappointing. The patties were dry and the assembly seemed sloppy. Despite specifying no mayo, it was still added to my burger every time. I value good cooking and believe that those in the kitchen should take pride in their work. "I was very disappointed with my delivery from the habit tonight. I ordered crispy Sweet Potato Fries and they came soggy/cold. I ordered a Santa Barbara Char and half of the bread was in two pieces. The burger was made so sloppy. Couldn apos;t even eat it anymore. My Strawberry Shake looked like a vanilla and tasted like strawberry milk. My Oreo Cookies Cream Shake was water downed and had a bland taste. We apos;re upset because when you go eat inside instead of doordashing; The Habit the food is good not like this. :"

"Always order extra dressing for the Grilled Chicken Caesar or any salad. Their dressing is on the thicker side, so you'll want more. Adding bacon is always a plus for more protein. I ordered the Charburger with Cheese in a lettuce wrap and LET ME TELL YOU. It's better structured than In n Out."

"This is the worst Habit rest I've tried. I wanted my burger to be well done but it was almost white. It wasn't even cooked enough and the tomato in it was almost white again. "As far as a lettuce-wrapped (protein-style) burger, it doesnt get much better than this. Add delicious portobello mushrooms for that extra hardiness! Their avocado addition is great, too. The best part is that you can put as many add ons as you want into their lettuce wraps and it it still compact enough to hold and eat. Vanilla shakes on point when you need a treat."

"I was craving a burger and it's been a while since I had Habit, but they did not disappoint! The Santa Barbara Char was delicious, and the onion rings were perfectly cooked. They remembered the ranch dressing too. Reasonably priced for what you get. I couldn't finish it all and I have a big appetite."
