"They either never follow instructions or selectively follow instructions. I always get the Ahi Tuna Filet and request it cooked well now because it apos;s usually still raw and cold in the middle. Even with that request, they still cook it the same. I always request no salt on my sides because they tend to overdo it. My Tempura Green Beans Fries are still super salty. Today, I also asked for the sauces on the side so my sandwich wouldn apos;t be soggy. They did not include sauce at all. It apos;s just annoying at this point."

Delicious burgers and fries(burger patties chargrilled to perfection, burger and fries not overly or inadequately seasoned), directions followed to a T, and everything was good temperature, drinks handled with care. We thoroughly enjoyed everything.
