"The service was rude during the drive-thru experience. The bag of chips I received contained mostly greasy broken crumbs, and my chicken taco had no chicken with a torn-up tortilla. It was a disappointing experience compared to how it used to be good. When I called to speak with a supervisor, they were not helpful. I wanted to return the whole order to get my food replaced, but they only offered to replace one item. I don't want to deal with the hassle, so El Pollo Loco can keep their chicken - I won't be returning."
