"The service was rude during the drive-thru experience. The bag of chips I received contained mostly greasy broken crumbs, and my chicken taco had no chicken with a torn-up tortilla. It was a disappointing experience compared to how it used to be good. When I called to speak with a supervisor, they were not helpful. I wanted to return the whole order to get my food replaced, but they only offered to replace one item. I don't want to deal with the hassle, so El Pollo Loco can keep their chicken - I won't be returning."

This is the worst Pollo Loco I have ever been to. I'm not sure what's happening, but the chicken portions keep getting smaller while the prices keep increasing. It's like they're practicing sizeflation, giving us less for more money.

Very polite, very friendly and very courteous can You no longer ask forum a restaurant as they do an amazing job to be helpful and to serve a good consistent product, I can honestly say if it is in or with their curb-side pickup I have no complaints to make.

I ordered the double chicken tostada bowl and it was incredibly tasty. The food was cooked perfectly and I especially enjoyed the Salsas they provided. I will definitely be returning for more. However, I was disappointed that I did not receive the chips and guacamole that was included in my voucher. The voucher was scanned, but my order was missing when I left.

"I just give this Panera bread in Merced five stars because I like Panera Bread. The only drawback of Panera bread in Merced is that it is too tiny. I was with a number of them who were much bigger and wore much more of everything and didn't always run out of products. They should have used the entire building instead of just a part of it, and even then it would have been hardly big enough to appeal to so many customers. When Yosemite Park rises again, and it gets in a very great way, they need to turn away customers who do not have all day to wait for a seat or a parking lot, or frustrated after waiting only to find what they want to sell out."

"DOR: 5424. This place was really good. I will definitely come back again! it allowed me to experience different plates via the buffet option. We played it safe and got the butter chicken and the chicken tikka masala off the card menu, but the buffet offered a couple more choices. Now I know that I like the goat Curry. I will definitely look forward to trying it again at other places as well. The naan bread was delicious, and probably a 10 out of 10, the butter chicken was the traditional butter chicken 8.5 outta 10. I wish the chicken pieces were a bit bigger, but again, the goat Curry was where I was at for me this time around. Definitely a 9.5 out of 10. We had the samosas as an appetizer, and they were traditional samosas really good 9 out of 10. The price was on point for the quality and options provided. I have zero issues giving it my seal of approval #gorditoapproved #fatboyapproved"

"During our stay in Merced, we decided to walk to the far end of Main Street to try out this restaurant that had received rave reviews on Happy Cow. The service was exceptionally friendly and we received helpful recommendations on what to order. The staff clearly understood our dietary preferences for vegan options. We opted for the eggplant curry and tofu tikka masala, both of which were delicious. The eggplant curry, in particular, stood out with its sweet and flavorful taste that paired perfectly with the soft vegan naan bread. The meal was also great value, as it included rice and naan for roughly $12 for the vegetarian option. We highly recommend a visit to this restaurant if you find yourself in Merced."

"Have been craving pho all week and trying out places I've never been too. This place in Merced is great! The food was delicious! I absolutely loved my beef style pho The building is pretty huge so you most likely won't have a waiting time. Everything is spaced out and you'll have enough room to bring up to a party of 6. For my party of 3 with drinks it was under 40$ which is a really good deal if you know how expensive pho can get"
